The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group, in partnership with the United States government, is hosting the Americas Partnership - IDB Responsible Investment Forum on November 2, 2023. The Forum is organized on the occasion of the inaugural Americas Partnership Leaders’ Summit, which provides a framework for hemispheric cooperation to foster regional competitiveness, resilience, shared prosperity, and inclusive and sustainable investment.

Featuring heads of state and high-level officials, as well as investors, academia, think tanks and businesses from across the Americas Partnership countries, discussions at the Forum will highlight strategic trade and investment opportunities provided by greater regional integration, with a focus on four key sectors: sustainable infrastructure, semiconductors, clean energy and medical supplies.

The Forum, open to government and private-sector representatives from the hemisphere, is aligned with the IDB’s recently launched BID for the Americas program, which aims to create opportunities to trade and invest in the Latin America and Caribbean region and participate in procurement opportunities financed by the IDB.

Explore our guide to the Forum, our announcements, and in-depth background on clean energy, infrastructure, medical devices and semiconductors in the Americas.
