The IDB Staff Association is an independent entity committed to promoting employee welfare and representing the interests of its members before the Administration.
The Staff Association is composed of IDB Group employees and consultants at headquarters and country offices. Its mission is to foster an environment where everyone can thrive professionally and personally. To achieve this mission, the Association continuously holds dialogue with the Administration and develops initiatives to cultivate healthy working conditions.
The Staff Association supports its members during their journey at the IDB Group, offering them the necessary tools to continue engaged, productive, and enthusiastic about implementing the Bank’s mission of improving lives in Latin America and the Caribbean.
