Celia Goldman is a national of the United States with thirty years of experience in international administrative law. Currently, she serves as Vice President of the European Stability Mechanism Administrative Tribunal (ESMAT) and is a member of the panel of Independent Reviewers of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Formerly, she served as Registrar and Senior Legal Advisor of the International Monetary Fund Administrative Tribunal (IMFAT). She has published and presented widely at numerous symposia on the law of the international civil service. She has also served as a member of the scientific advisory boards of the Max Planck Encyclopedia of International Procedural Law (EiPro) and Oxford International Organizations (OXIO), as well as in leadership roles with the American Society of International Law (ASIL) Interest Group on International Courts and Tribunals She is a graduate of the Yale Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal. She is a former Law Clerk to Judge Theodore R. Newman, Jr., of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and practiced employment law in Washington, D.C. earlier in her career.
