In order to inspire Latin American cities to innovate in the search for solutions to complex problems, the IDB Cities Lab launched the podcast "Inteligencia Urbana". Through conversations with people who lead successful experiences, we seek to inspire and motivate innovation processes in the cities of our region. Inteligencia Urbana has a season already available for listening and a second season in preparation.
The first season sought to demonstrate the potential of urban labs as catalysts for innovation and highlighted the main lessons learned from 8 city labs or urban innovation offices.
Among the labs that shared their experiences were: Providencia, Chile; Mexico City, Mexico; Boston, USA; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Montevideo, Uruguay; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Tel Aviv, Israel; Medellin, Colombia; Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico.
The second season is in preparation and will focus on the search for innovative solutions to problems related to climate resilience and informal neighborhoods.
