Under the theme "Partnerships with Purpose," the event gathered over 250 representatives from the public and private sectors across 20 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. It attracted a total of 2,971 attendees, including 452 in person in Panama City and 2,519 virtually.

Given the urgent need for infrastructure investment and development, collaboration between the public and private sectors has become crucial for effective planning, construction, and operation of projects. During the pandemic, this was underscored by the involvement of 1,803 participants.

The 9th Forum aimed to enhance public-private sector collaboration on infrastructure projects, addressing shared interests and sector-specific issues. With around 400 attendees, the program included 15 sessions featuring top professionals from both sectors, as well as representatives from financial institutions and international PPP consulting firms.
