WHAT WE DO
The Vice Presidency for Countries and Regional Integration (VPC) leads the Bank’s dialogue with borrowing member countries and drives regional integration in Latin America and the Caribbean. For doing so, VPC formulates country and regional strategies, oversees the public sector operational program, supports the development of the non-sovereign guaranteed program, and coordinates flagship regional programs such as Amazonia Forever, América en el Centro, One Caribbean, and Integration Routes, and oversees the Regional Public Goods Program, while promoting regional integration knowledge. Additionally, VPC provides advice and expertise in financial management and procurement.
