The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to support the LAC countries to strengthen their public institutions to promote the use of the digital economy. The specific objectives are: (i) to generate evidence and knowledge about the enabling factors of business digitalization and to elaborate integral digital transformation strategies; (ii) to explore the design and experimentation of policy interventions and cost-effective solutions to improve the conditions for the digital transformation; and (iii) to sensitize policy makers and entrepreneurs about the opportunities and risks of the disruptions that the digital economy brings with it through the development of communication activities and platforms for the dissemination of knowledge.
