The project aims to improve the capacity of education stakeholders to implement and mobilize evidence-based education policies oriented towards improving student learning in the region. To achieve this objective, this second phase of the New Leaders in Education project will continue to offer a portfolio of online courses for different audiences developed in phase I: education officials, the press and the non-for-profit sector, and a more general audience (teachers, directors, parents). It will also strengthen the engagement of the existing network of alumni.
