The objective of the technical cooperation (TC) is to support the government of Paraguay, through the Ministry of Urbanism, Housing and Habitat (MUVH), in the design of the "Housing Improvement Solutions for Low-Income Population" Program (PR-L1195), with the development of preparation studies necessary to deepen specific issues of the housing market, existing challenges, and identify actions that may support the reduction of the quantitative and qualitative housing deficit in Paraguay.
