The specific objectives of this TC are: (i) design of a management system for the new pedagogical and non-state service provision model; (ii) create a digital platform to support teaching, and to manage education networks; (iii) identify and support the implementation of the new model in pilot schools; (iv) assess the effects on learning of the new pedagogical model in students from vulnerable families; and (v) disseminate main results and experiences.
