The TC objective is to support the Ministry of Culture (MINCUL) and the subnational entities involved in the Investment Program to Improve the Historic Centers of Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo and Ayacucho (PE-L1246), through the preparation of technical inputs to accelerate its level of execution and expand its impact. Specifically, the CT will strengthen management capabilities of cultural heritage of MINCUL and other actors linked to the management of the Historic Centers of Rímac (Lima) and Huamanga (Ayacucho) in terms of procurement, knowledge management, as well as in the definition of new administrative procedures to advance with the implementation of the program works, including the new regulatory context for the Historic Center of Lima.
