The general objective of this TC is to support procurement and fiduciary capacities in Haiti. Its specific objectives are as follows: (i) to strengthen the capacity of a range of professional by improving their skills, competences, knowledge in public procurement in order to increase efficiency and agility in project execution; and (ii) to set the basis for the development of a procurement curriculum training program that will consolidate and promote sustainability in procurement to facilitate greater absorption of international aid.
