The overall objective is to strengthen the productive and commercial capacity of the weaving women of the Pastos ethnic group from the Cumbal Reserve, located in the Department of Nariño, Colombia, to promote their empowerment and socio-economic inclusion. This goal will be achieved through: (i) the construction and equipping of an artisanal training center; and (ii) the enhancement of the weaving women's skills in financial management, innovation, and marketing.
