The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the generation of capacities in the prefecture of Campinas so that it can act as an effective articulator of its ecosystem, in order to simultaneously promote the generation of wealth and improve the quality of life of the people to from the digital transformation of the city. For this, the project will act in three fronts: (i) development of a strategy of digital transformation of Campinas; (ii) design of policy instruments for the digital transformation of the productive sector of the city; and (iii) design and implementation of digital governance and public procurement initiatives for innovation.
