The objective of this project is to test in Uruguay the mechanism of Payment by Results (PxR) in Uruguy, by piloting the first Social Impact Bond, o increase completion rates of upper secondary education, employment and educational continuity among vulnerable youth in Montevideo and the metropolitan area, through dual education.
