Support for the Higher Education Program, Science and Technology

The objective of this TC is to support the preparation of DR-0154 in what relates to the basics of the component on higher education. Other objectives include an institutional analysis, the design of competitive scholarship funds, educational credit. It will also include the analysis of alternative delivery systems of tertiary education, links to science and technology programs, and aspects related to the processes of evaluation and accreditation.
