This Technical Cooperation aim sto contribute with the fortification of the INTEC and the organizations of the civil society and its relationships with the State and other actors, as it strengthens the democratic institutions and improves the performance in social development areas. INTEC is a private public services university, which in addition to their services of teaching, develops communitarian activities and social participation with the purpose of contributing to the solution of social problems. Consequently, the Program would have a direct impact on: (i) the institutional capacity of INTEC, with management tools to provide qualification to the civil society organizations (OSCs) in order to improve the connection between the diverse governmental and nongovernmental institutions; and (ii) in the organization of the civil society, private sector and State when equipping them with qualifications and a modern legal frame that facilitate social participation in the definition and evaluation of policies in the context of national development. In this sense, this cooperation is inserted in the strategy of the Bank in the country, when supporting a work of integral development that promotes a legal frame that causes the association and the participation of the citizens, men as well as women, for governability.
