Women and Democratic Governance in Latin America and the Caribbean

The IDB will transfer funds to the IAD to hire a consultant to carry out the activities listed below: An outline of PROLEAD's forthcoming Triennial report. The outline should take account of all the projects funded and activities carried out in the region from April 2003 to March 2005. To gather the needed information and documentation, the consultant should interview, when necessary, project team members, beneficiaries and IDB staff at headquarters and in the country offices. The consultant will also have access to all the documentation produced to date. A donor's report regarding the first year of execution of the Indigenous Women's leadership project. The document should cover activities related to both the grantmaking and mainstreaming activities. The consultant should compile all documents produced to date, including proposal evaluations, technical assistance reports, meeting minutes and other relevant reports. The donor report should also include a budgetary account of the project's first year of execution
