LILU (Live Impact and Learning Updates): Artificial Intelligence to Increase the Effectiveness of Institutional Capacity Operations in Latin America and the Caribbean

The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to enhance the effectiveness of the operations of the State Institutional Capacity Division (ICS) through the deployment of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent platform (LILU) that provides support throughout the entire project cycle. The specific objectives are to: (i) expand LILU's coverage to all stages of the project cycle, including project design, implementation, and closure; (ii) strengthen the support provided by the Development Effectiveness (DE) area of ICS to project teams by expanding LILU's application across the design, implementation, and closure stages of projects; and (iii) address knowledge gaps related to the use of AI in the design, implementation, and closure of ICS development projects.
