The RPG includes the following components and products: 1. Diagnosis of weaknesses and opportunities in supply chains. It includes: i) diagnosis with prioritization of strategic chains and relevant regional footprint ii) regional diagnosis of vulnerabilities in the logistics system and opportunities for improvement and iii) regional methodology to estimate emissions and resilience in logistics systems. 2. Proposal of policies and a regulatory architecture for the logistics system. Policy toolkits and policy matrices will be developed to guide countries in the implementation of public policies and that allow scalability to other countries not participating in the RPG. Among others, policies will be designed to: i) expand adaptation to climate change in logistics systems ii) promote modal changes; iii) promoting alternative fuels and electric mobility; iii) expand access for SMEs iv) accelerate technology adoption in trade facilitation. 3. Country-level roadmaps. Includes: i) implementation roadmap for each beneficiary country; ii) online course for capacity building for policy implementation.
