Its objective is to promote greater sustainability of water and sanitation services through support to operators. To this end, it is proposed to work on three lines: (i) developing training and training materials for operators; (ii) developing tools adapted to small operators to provide quality services; (iii) and supporting the operators in diagnosis and improvement plans for the management of their services.
