RG-T3398 : Support for the Execution of Projects and Monitoring of Work Risks in Transportation Projects in Costa Rica and Paraguay

The purpose of this TC is to support governments, specifically Costa Rica and Paraguay, both in the management of works contracts, analyzing their main characteristics, evolution and associated risks, and in the execution of projects, providing advice to governments of the region based on other projects financed by the Bank through the INE / TSP Division. The specific objectives of this TC are: (i) to support the executing agencies with tools that facilitate the identification and mitigation of risks; (ii) training national and local entities and institutions to improve the execution of projects and the proper management of work contracts; and (iii) support local governments in the adoption and implementation of innovative technologies during the execution phase of projects.
