RG-T1985 : Strengthening Trade Relations Between Korea and Latin America & the Caribbean

The resources will be used to finance two mutually reinforcing components. First, it sets out to conduct capacity building courses taking as a base the Korean experience regarding i) government and public sector, ii) private sector, and finally iii) academia. Second, the component will finance base activities for commercial possibilities between LAC and Korea, alternatives to approach and negotiations and commercial convergence between Asia Pacific and LAC as well as to improve the information systems. This component will also provide a pilot program for the design of informatization of administrative procedures of the commercial operation. These include providing technical expertise on tentatively three pilot countries as well as IT developments for negotiation and convergence based on need.
