Strengthening capacities for creation of policies for technological innovation a

The program's goal is to provide support for Guatemala and Panama on a high-level international expert in the development of innovation policies, to conduct an overview of the situation and current initiatives in both countries and development relating to the case of Finland . As a result of this program the authorities of Guatemala and Panama will have more information and details on the evolution of a very successful policy as that of Finland on innovation and ease of making policy decisions related to their accumulation of knowledge for the innovation as an important ingredient for improving competitiveness.
