Talently: unleashing the potential of tech talent in the region

The objective of the project is to support Talently, a Peruvian tech-talent marketplace and upskilling-to-placement platform that will train training tech talent and connect them to international companies. The company focuses on students from lower-tier schools, many of whom come from the countryside and do not have equal access to upskilling opportunities.
