p-COMPASS. A Model of Sustainable and Efficient Change Management for Urban Utilities in Peru

The program p-Compass aims at improving how water and sanitation utilities are strengthened in Peru. The project seeks to enhance and institutionalize the process the national government has in place to support utilities - led by the OTASS, a specialized technical agency that is responsible for promoting and implementing the water and sanitation policy in the management and administration of service providers, while providing this support to selected utilities using AquaRating as the main tool to plan and execute change transformation in the organizations.
