Improving Access to Quality Civil Registration and Identification Services Nationwide (Phase II)

The program's general development objective (GDO) is to achieve adequate access for the population to quality civil registry and identification services nationwide. The operation will pursue this objective by reducing the transaction costs imposed on Peruvians for obtaining Registry and Identification Services (SRI). To achieve this objective, the following Specific Development Objectives (SDO) will be sought: (i) expand the coverage of identification and civil registry services; and (ii) increase the efficiency of identification and civil registry services.
