The general development objective of the operation is to reduce the transactional cost of accessing public services. This general objective will be accomplished through the following specific objectives: (i) increasing the availability of transactional public services, both digital and face-to-face; (ii) increasing the integration of public service delivery via an increase in the capability of the government's lead digital institution; and (iii) increasing the digital skills of public servants.
