HA-G1033 : Institutional Strengthening and Reform of the Transport Sector I

The proposed program is the first of three programmatic policy based grants (PBGs), to support the Government of Haiti (GoH) to design and implement policy, legal and institutional reforms in the transport sector. Those reforms will address the policy, legal and institutional constraints that negatively affect the effective and sustainable implementation, output delivery and impact of the IDB-financed investment operations currently under execution and expected for the following years in the transport sector.
