DR-T1112 : Best Practices in the Management of a Public Utilities Company

The objective of the TC is to provide the opportunity for key personnel of CDEEE to learn the best practices regarding the management of a public power company with operations that span the entire power chain (generation, transmission, distribution and marketing). The CDEEE will witness first hand the best management and operational practices applied by a successful public electricity company, and apply these by analyzing and adapting the CDEEE's management and operational strategic plan.
