DR-T1105 : Mutual Collaboration Agreemenent b/w Constitucinal Court of DR and PE

The CT-INTRA¿s objective is to provide continuity to the mutual collaboration agreement signed by the constitutional tribunal of Peru and the Dominican Republic. Specifically, personal of the DR TC will visit its sister institution to observe and learn of the good practices in (i) jurisprudential processes and norms (ii) administrative processes and procedures that guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the TC operations (iii) the Secretary¿s management system for cases and sentences standardizations, as well as learn of the ITC¿s strategies and implementation that would allow for a ¿zero paper¿ administration. The President of the Dominican Tribunal, Dr. Milton Ray Guevara, requested via a communication dated October 7, 2012, a CT-INTRA for the reasons previously outlined and has designated 7 personal of the Tribunal to realize a one-week visit to Peru. On 16 November 2012, this selection was modified by the substitution of the magistrates previously selected by two TC staff, one professional and one technical.Furthermore, on October 9, the Bank¿s representative received a communication for Mr. Ernesto Alvarez Miranda, President of the Peruvian Constitutional Tribunal, confirming such visit. On 16 November 2012 via letter no. 00873, the Minister of Economy, Planning and Development sent a letter communicating his approval of said visit.
