Support for the efficiency and digitalization of the Health System in Costa Rica

The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the efficiency, sustainability, and evidence-based decision-making capacity of the Costa Rican health system. Specifically, the TC aims to: (i) design innovative strategies to reallocate resources toward interventions of higher clinical, sanitary, and social value, thereby strengthening the efficiency of health system public spending; and (ii) strengthen the national health data interoperability framework, optimizing existing digital products in an integrated manner.
