CO-T1343 : Small and Medium Business Survey in Colombia and SMEs Observatory

The project's objectives are to (a) optimize the design of policy instruments strategies, plans and programs of public sector entities; (b) improve financial organizations services, and (c) help the private sector agencies and institutions to make decisions with more and better information. This is to be achieved through the (a) development and application of surveys; tabulation and analysis of data, and (b) creation of an SME Observatory. The Observatory is to provide the thematic programming of the content for the reports to be produced, define the research agenda, and prepare articles of interest to SMEs and public sector entities. The Observatory will also engage different stakeholders in the public, private, nonprofit and academic spheres to encourage the proliferation of best practices with respect to both policymaking and future research
