Change Management in the National Police of Colombia
The purpose of this TC is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of strategic and operational management of the PNVCC through: (i) the modernization of information systems, particularly the "Spatial Tool of Criminal Analysis" (HEAD as per its acronym in Spanish); and (ii) strengthening the development of problem oriented policing strategies based on quality information and evidence-based analysis.
