Digital Transformation of the Office of the Inspector General at the Territorial Level

The General Development Objective (GDO) is to increase the effectiveness of the PGN in delivering services to citizens by improving its responsiveness, enhancing the efficiency of institutional information management, and strengthening the use of mission-critical information, at both the central and territorial levels, to support the oversight of public administration. This objective will be achieved through the following Specific Development Objectives (SDOs): (i) increase the PGN's responsiveness in the delivery of citizen services, at both the central and territorial levels, to promote access to such services; (ii) increase the efficiency of institutional information management and exchange, at both the central and territorial levels, to improve the operation of mission-related and administrative processes; and (iii) enhance the use of mission-critical information, at both the central and territorial levels, to support anticipatory decision-making aimed at targeting preventive actions that facilitate the oversight of public administration.
