Digital Transformation of the Attorney General’s Office at the Territorial Level

The general development objective is to increase the efficiency of service delivery to citizens by the Attorney General's Office (PGN) at both the central and territorial levels. This will be achieved through the following specific development objectives: (i) increase the efficiency of citizen service management at the PGN; (ii) increase the efficiency of information management within the PGN and with other public entities; and (iii) enhance the use of information for anticipatory decision-making.
