E-learning in LAC: 3 Personalized Learning Environments (PLE)

The main objective of this project is to evaluate the impact and the implementation process of e-learning strategies for the development of personalized learning environments (PLE), that improve the opportunities and social inclusion for population groups in vulnerable situations and difficulties accessing relevant and quality educational offerings, especially in three contexts: a) in remote areas where there are no educational offerings available; b) in urban zones where young people have deserted or been out of school; and c) in schools without human resources and/or sufficient education.
