Project Readiness Assessment (PRA) for PPP of Belo Horizonte Metropolitan region (RMBH) Metro System Lines 3 and 4

The general objective of this TC is to assess the existing studies that may serve as inputs for structuring a PPP for Metro System Lines 3 and 4 in RMBH. Specifically, the TC aims to (i) evaluate the relevance, quality, and timeliness of the available information; (ii) identify gaps and limitations in the existing technical, social, environmental, financial, legal, and institutional analyses; and (iii) propose a comprehensive Action Plan to guide the continuation and advancement of the PPP structuring process.
