Managerial Solutions & Information Technology to Improve Healthcare to the Poor

The specific objective of this project is to generate, in parallel to the expansion of infrastructure, the skills and managerial solutions by: (a) generation of information technology solutions to improve health management as electronic medical records for patients and medical protocols for the services provided by the House, specially in the management of chronic diseases and; (b) increase the managerial skills of medical and administrative staff by training on the use of electronic records and medical protocols by disease.
