Integral Support to the Development of National and Subnational Transport Plans and Development of Strategies for the Improvement of Road Safety.
The main goal of the TC is to support different initiatives, across the nation (nation-wide) and with Sub-national governments, for the design and implementation of Road Safety Strategies, Urban Transportation Planning and Logistic National Strategy. This contributes to the strategic goal of strengthening the provision of good and public services, through better conditions for: i) Road Safety through awareness campaigns and education campaigns targeting different strata of the population, and support the institutional strengthening of National Police and other national and sub-national institutions within the identified scope in the Road Safety National Plan 2011-2018; ii) Urban Transportation by supporting the Gobierno Autónomo Municipal of La Paz in the promotion of initiatives and regional experiences exchange of massive transportation, and the National Enterprice Mi Teleférico in the promotion of cultural initiatives for education that includees sustainable urban mobility; iii) Bolivian Logistic National Strategy through the support of the Vice-Minister of Domestic Trade and Exports in the implementation and development of key topics linked to cargo logistics and comerce.
