Carol Bellamy, executive director of the United Nations Children´s Fund (UNICEF), will speak on "Our Children: Citizens with Rights," at a luncheon talk at the Inter-American Development Bank on Friday, Nov. 12.
The presentation will take place between noon and 2 p.m. at the 7th floor Las Americas dining room at IDB headquarters at 1300 New York Avenue N.W.
The talk is one of a series of the IDB Forum on the Americas.
