Strengthening Health Services Delivery in Jamaica
The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the preparation and technical design of the health sector hybrid programme; both of the policy-based operation (JA-L1080) and the investment operation (JA-L1049) To achieve this goal, this TC will finance technical studies and activities to support the assessment of the current service delivery platforms, requirements and roadmap for the implementation of the information technology workplan, support the development of regulatory and policy measures, both in terms of prevention of NCD risk factors and the early detection and clinical management of NCDs, preparation of options for public-private partnerships, and development of project management tools.
