THE PROGRAM RESOURCES WOULD FINANCE MIDDLE- AND LONG-TERM PRIVATE INVESTMENT PROJECTS. THE LINE OF CREDIT WOULD BE MANAGED BY THE BANCO CENTRAL DEL URUGUAY AND BE USED TO FINANCE PROJECTS WHICH WOULD INCREASE EXPORTS AND TOURISM. THE LIVESTOCK, AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL SECTORS WOULD BE COVERED BY THE PROGRAM AND WOULD ALSO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE FINANCING OF LEASING SERVICES.
