PROMOTE INNOVATION, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, HUMAN CAPITAL, AND RESEARCH

The objective of the CCLIP is to improve the productivity of companies by increasing private investment in research, development and innovation. The general objective of the first operation is to increase the number of firms that invest in research, development and innovation. The specific objectives are: (i) to stimulate the provision of services and early financing for knowledge-intensive firms, (ii) to increase the supply of advanced human capital according to the needs of these firms and (iii) to strengthen institutional capacities to achieve these objectives.
