Tax Administration Improvement
The objective of the CT is: (i) Improve the efficiency in tax administration and strengthen the design of municipal tax policy. (ii) prepare a general plan of information systems that would order the information growth of the municipality, and complete the most important developments and the equipment that is require to start a pilot phase, and (iii) define module for the reorganization of the cadastre and a detailed action plan for the short and medium run (iv) complete the terms of reference for each subjects, to be developed in the fase of the operation NI-0111.
