Urban Initiatives for Port-Au-Prince
The proposed project aims at: (a) supporting the initiation of an Urban planning process at metropolitan level, placing special focus on consensus building process and on primary development projects, (b) initiating a metropolitan coordination process in order to reach a metropolitan government mechanism and (c) then proceed with the implementing of mayor projects such as the establishment of urban deconcentration poles or the study of the improvement of the historical center of the capital.
