Fortalecimiento Institucional a Fundación Finca Ecuador

The principal objective of the project is to significantly expand the coverage of lending services to Ecuadorian microenterprises across the country. Specific objectives are to: (i) contribute to the institutional strengthening of Finca Ecuador in microlending within Ecuador, (ii) significantly increase the variety, quality, amounts, and operating efficiency of the financial services available to Ecuadorian microentrepreneurs; and (iii) turn Finca Ecuador into a regulated financial institution subject to oversight.
