Institutional Strengthening Social Cabinet
This program's objective is to implement a high-level public policy training program for the Social Cabinet. The program will focus its activities in the introduction of improvements in the formulation, moniroting and evaluation of social policy and in the development of institutional capacities for conducting an objective dialogue with civil society. To achieve its objectives, the program will finance the design and execution of a learning program for the Social Cabinet as well as a "Link Program" to improve the quality of dialogue between the Social Cabinet and Civil Society organizations.
