The overall objective of this project is to support the process of generating policies directed at incrasing adaptive capacity in communities in Central America, in the context of climate change (SLC impacts in Honduras, and increased hydrologic extremes in Nicaragua), with focus on laying out the foundation for future investments in water resources management adaptation and vulnerability reduction in the region
