The overall goal of the project is to support the national governments of Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru in their decision-making processes aimed at implementing actions that mitigate illicit migrant trafficking (TIM) through the development of instruments and revision of applicable regulations. To achieve this overall goal, two specific objectives are proposed:1. Strengthening institutional response to the phenomenon through the development of regional and/or binational care roadmaps and 2. Strengthening regional and bilateral cooperation, promoting decisions based on data and research.
