Promoting an inclusive digital transformation of labor market institutions in the region

The general objective is to contribute to the systematization on good practices on inclusive digital transformation and the generation of knowledge on how to implement accessible systems for people with disabilities and culturally adequate for indigenous population. The specific objectives are: (i) develop a set of guidelines for accessible and culturally inclusive digital transformation; (ii) determine good practices and lessons learnt on how to implement inclusive digital transformation; (iii) promoting sustainability by providing accessible digital services that reduce the impact of people going physically to public offices to attain services; (iv) promoting a results-based culture by promoting the use of administrative data for labor insertion monitoring with a gender and diversity perspective.
